Summary Of What They Do

Provides software and network support, training and troubleshooting in a networked microcomputer environment. Provides support on a wide range of applications including Corel, Microsoft, and Novell or any products the company or school uses.  Other tasks that may be involved are installing, configuring, or repairing certain softwares for the users of the company or school.  Repair can be done from either call, in person, or computer take over.
