After I got everything put back in we decided to wipe it clean and just start fresh with it.  Starting with all new I had to reinstall all the drivers and put the OS back on.  This process took about 2 days only because the downloads would be time consuming and updates took awhile also.  The computer is now running fully functional and no problems have occurred since.

This project I worked on a computer giving us trouble for the last few weeks.  I suspected it being motherboard issues and replaced the motherboard only to find the replacement was a dead one too.  We had to buy a new motherboard and Power Supply as the requirement was exceeding what we had available.
